"There is a hefty security deposit that i heard of for the first time when collecting the vehicle. It is an unfair practice to not disclose all the costs to a customer beforehand. Pending refund of the security deposit_ all in all I spent about BWP 12 000 to hire a hilux for 2 days. The rental cost went from the being the cheapest i had when making a booking to a shocking one when I got to collect the vehicle."
