"I was told a lot of lies at the pick up process. They almost tried to terrify me to buy extra services. Also said that the gas price locally is 2 to 2.1 to persuade me to pre pay gas. Actually the price was 1.8. Petty thieves. It’s a shame."

"There was an issue with small damage to the wingmirror which I hadn_t noticed when picking up _ it wasn_t listed on the hire plan details. This caused some concern till they checked photos to confirm it was a pre-existing scrape. Also_ the excess charge is still pending on my credit card after 30 hours"
