"Minpunt: traagheid balie medewerksters bij ophalen. Bijna 1.5 uur in de rij moeten staan na lange vliegreis. Toen àlles administratief was geregeld zouden we nogmaals 1.5 uur moeten wachten totdat de auto klaar was. Uiteindelijk heeft medewerker ons eerst naar hotel gebracht en auto later nagebracht. Dit maakte het weer goed. We kregen toen goede uitleg en medewerker was heel hulpvaardig"
