"The instructions for the pick up were confusing. The person at in the airport help desk was the one that told us the name of the pick up the vehicle - Airpark Canterbury. That is not the name of the rental company. It would have been helpful to have had that name on the e mailed instructions rather than just a contact phone number which was not answered. I would be more likely to hire again now I know that but at the time it was quite frustrating."
