Paris Airports Information

The CDG Airport is the largest airport of France and it is located 25 km / 16 miles northeast of Paris. The ORY airport is smaller and is located 13 km / 8 miles south of Paris.

Service and Facilities: 

Airport Information Desks you will find in all Terminals. In T1 the desk is in the arrivals and departures, in T2 at halls A, B, C, D and F and in T3 in the arrivals.
There are currency exchange offices, banks and ATMs in all terminals. Post offices are located in T1 and T2. There is wireless Internet access, mobile phone rental, lost and found offices but no lockers because of security risks. 

There is a wide choice of shops, duty-free, retail outlets and many, coffee shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés and bars. In addition there are prayer rooms, pharmacies, medical services, massage therapy, manicure and play areas.

Conference and business: There is a VIP lounge, offices, spacious meeting rooms, telephones, fax machines, video services and photocopying. 

Disabled facilities: Welcome desks, reserved car parking spaces, discount on parking.

Car parking: Each terminal has parking garages with direct access to the terminal by lift. There is a shuttle bus between the parking lots and the terminals.

Airport hotels: The Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre is located inside Terminal 2 and more hotels close to the airport are: Kyriad Prestige, Ibis Paris Charles de Gaulle Aéroport, Sofitel Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport Roissy and Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport.

Service and Facilities: 

Orly Airport (ORY) has lost and found offices in both Terminals but no lockers because of security risks. 
There are many restaurants and bars throughout the airport and many shops, newspaper stands and duty-free.

West and South Terminals have information desks, Wireless Internet access, telephones, post office, banks, money exchange offices, ATM's, First Aid station, art galleries, toilets and baby change facilities, chemist, a chapel in both Terminals and a mosque at Terminal South. There is a medical centre at Orly South.

Conference and business: At Orly West there is a fully equipped business centre, the Centre Affaires with facilities for telephone, fax, photocopy and video. There are also meeting rooms, offices and business lounge. At Orly South there are three large meeting rooms (200 persons).  

Disabled facilities: Welcome desks, reserved spaces in all car parks for people with reduced mobility, cash points and public phones are lowered.

Car parking: In each Terminal there are 2 short-term parking that are linked directly to the terminals by lift and a long-term parking with a free shuttle bus.
