"We had several minor issues with the car during the rental period_ one mechanical (flat tyre and a loose cable) and the other administrative (police fine for unpaid insurance). On each occasion the rental car contact responded to our calls_ even on a Sunday_ and he Hovhannes was unfailingly polite and patient. We would use the company again"
