"i booked a volvo xc60; i got a ford kuga. it is not the same car. the agency said it is simialr category (according to themselves). According to the price list of buying new cars_ volvo xc60 costs more than 50pc more. it is a luxury car; ford kuga isnt. shame."

"If travelling to Exeter and needing a car_ I would probably book with another car hire company just purely because of the distance. Whilst not far_ I did have 2 small children and luggage which was a challenge. If by myself however_ I would use this company again if they were the cheapest."
