"Araç kiralama aşamasında çalışma belgesi istendi. Öncesinde haberim olmadığı için zorluk yaşadım. Daha önce ehliyet ve kredi kartı yeterli oluyordu. Bu süreçte sahada görevli arkadaş ve Çizgi merkez arasındaki görüşme uzun sürdü ve haliyle endişe ve şaşkınlık yaşadım. Sonuçta halloldu ama kiralama aşamasında istenen belgeler açıkça belirtilmeli ki son anda tatsız süprizler olmasın…Bunun dışında araç istediğim marka olmakla beraber 100 km üstünde araçtan rahatsız edici bir ses geliyordu_ firma yetkilisine de bu bilgiyi aktardım."

"When pick up the car_ the guy firstly told me that we would be getting a dirty car_ as he said that this is what the desk would’ve told me (which she didn’t). It was after the nominated collection time and he said we would have to wait for a further 30 minutes for it to be cleaned for us. The collecting guy was excellent. Checked and photographed the whole car and asked us further questions about our rental and then drove us to the terminal for our flight."
