"I was not happy as my flight was disrupted by the airline_ but what really upset me was not finding anyone to hand the key to. I missed my flight_ had to call a friend to put me up for the night. It was a really bad experience for me. I hope the extra day will be refunded."

"Thank you. Overall_ I am satisfied and will definitely use your services again. My only complaints were that: (1) I had to contend several little _optional extras_ and hidden costs and would have appreciated it if I could have had the information emailed to be beforehand. To your credit_ the lady who attended to me was very patient. (2) My second issue is that while I booked a Honda Amaze_ I was allocated a Proton. The man who received the car back from me was most courteous.Your personnel were excellent - congratulations on that. Perhaps some of your protocols such as a full description of the costs need to be more customer friendly. Thank you."
