"My only gripe is with your role in this situation. You sold me insurance that covers my excess but when I got to the car dealer they still wanted me to deposit the excess in full. Taking insurance with them would have stopped that. You at no time warned me of this and it resulted in an extremely unpleasant pick up for which you are entirely to blame."

"The car was fine it was new the only thing is they told us about R14 thousand rand deposit 🤷‍♀️Or we should pay extra R215 per day if you don’t have that R14000 and pay R5000 deposit you should explain this to people before bookings"

"My overall experience is excellent except when it comes to deposit paid (R6 000.00) but the reversal amount was R4 412.69 which does not make sense. I took and paid for the option that gives 400km free a day. When I returned the vehicle_ I had travelled just less than a 1 000km meaning i did not use the whole kilometres allocated and i have paid for my toll fees at manned tolls. I should have had all my R6 000.00 back and I have no invoice."
