"The voucher form stated that the rental company would have their representative with a board with out name on it. This did not happen. Admittedly it was Hoedspruit_ so we were soon redirected to the car rental booth. Also_ the voucher form did not say the voucher itself had to be presented_ and handed to the rental company. The representative insisted I had to hand it over which I did after taking a photograph of our contract."

"I was debited the car rent plus the insurance co-payment deposit. However the insurance co-payment was not credited to my credit card on the return of the car on 5th Aug 2025. Please investigate. Thanks H J Rall"
