"Staff at the counter was very helpful and prompt_ I’ve got all my questions answered quickly. I just had a harder time to find the car according to instructions- the parking lot wasn’t marked the way I was told. That might have been problem on my side though. Only thing I clearly did not like was the strong smell from cigarettes inside the car_ obviously_ after the last user- seats were soaked by the smell badly. Otherwise a good car for reasonable price_ we were satisfied with the service overall."

"Jeg synes det er en skam at bil udlejning er flyttet ud af lufthavnen i Billund DK - Saa jeg foreslår at der er et sted tæt på nøgle aflevering hvor man kan stille bilen og ikke køre rundt for at find det rette sted af bilen. Stedet skal være markeret som DROP OFF parking only - stadig i key drop - for at undgå at kunden kører rundt i en fuld parkerings plads omme bag kontor bygningen for at finde parkering det rette sted."
