"The over all experience and the service was excellent_ however it was impossible to contact the 24x7 helpline (+421 918 907 099) due to an accident we had; someone hit us on the rear bumper. More than 25 calls with no reply on the 1st May in the afternoon. However we managed to contact a number from one of the locations and he was ever so helpful."
