"נושא הביטוח המלא מאד מטעה_ ניתן להוסיף כיסוי לביטוח מלא ואז כאשר מגיעים לאסוף את הרכב הספק טוען שאין כיסוי מלא_ זה קרה לי באיטליה בנסיעתי האחרונה ונאלצתי לשלם לספק או כ - 260 יורו למרות ששילמתי לכף על כיסוי מלא. גם עכשיו הגענו לאסוף את הרכב ונדרשנו לשלם תוספת עבור ביטוח מלא (הפעם לא עשיתי זאת אך באיטליה כן שילמתי) כך שלמעשה שילמתי פעמיים ביטוח מלא על הרכב פעם לכם באתר ופעם נוספת בשדה התעופה במילאנו."
