We still have not received the refund of the deposit_ which was not only blocked on my Visa card but actually debited. I would like to know if this procedure is standard practice? Thank you for your attention. Michel Frantz

The voucher form stated that the rental company would have their representative with a board with out name on it. This did not happen. Admittedly it was Hoedspruit_ so we were soon redirected to the car rental booth. Also_ the voucher form did not say the voucher itself had to be presented_ and handed to the rental company. The representative insisted I had to hand it over which I did after taking a photograph of our contract.

I was debited the car rent plus the insurance co-payment deposit. However the insurance co-payment was not credited to my credit card on the return of the car on 5th Aug 2025. Please investigate. Thanks H J Rall

My biggest concern was having to pay the damage fee on collection and not the hire fee which has now locked out my credit card

Car was described as a 4x4 but wasn’t anything more than a hatchback with slightly bigger wheel arches. Swapped it for a Bakkie - swap was handled well and efficiently.

The headlights were not in the correct orientation such that driving at night_ other cars kept on putting their lights to full instead of dimming as they felt my lights were not on dim even when they were.
