We were advised a few days before the rental that our car will not be available on the pickup day_ but only the day after. We were obviously not happy at all with these news as it would have thrown our travel plans into disarray. Luckily_ the originally rented cars DID become available at the pickup day which was a major relief. Also_ it was impossible to get into contact with the agency in Salta prior to our rental (when we had some preliminary queries)!

Please help! I have not get my deposit back!

twice charged for the same rental. Probably due to change of card used. Requested charge-back of one of the two amounts. Awaiting response!

We were late because of a storm (we could not land). We were thus in Salta after midnight. The provider was of course not there_ but we did not have to pay for that day. We received a bigger car without expense. No available child seat.
