Their office in Dubrovnik was under renovation and they only let us know about 30 mins before pickup time….we would have gone to the wrong location if they had called us a little later! I would suggest the company inform customers of the change in pick-up locations a day or so prior.
I expected a Peugeot 3008 I got a Peugeot 408 I required the larger vehicle due to mobility issues and height there were no other cars available

We had a great experience and I would recommend it again. They are not always at the service desk_ so you might need som patience. But they are really nice and helpful at both pickup and delivering. The car was a bit old though_ but bigger then ordered.

5-6 year old Opel Corsa_ pretty beaten up_ but all the damages were properly documented together with the agency prior to the rental period. Overall - happy with the service and rental.
