When we went to pick the car up _ the office was locked and nobody was there. 10 o’clock in the morning. We waited 15 mins for the office to open. Overall though_ very good service and helpful staff. I would recommend.

Returned the car in exactly the same order as received: hardly used and then the staff started to complain about an almost invisible scratch which was there from the beginning. Not needed_ felt like they wanted to get something out of it……
