I was not told that I need to return the car with a full tank and I scrambled to fill the car with gas at the last minute almost missing my plane. The people in Rome were very helpful. It was nice of them to tell me how to fill it up with gas in order to not pay extra but as I left the return parking area to fill the car with gas I had no card to allow the bar to lift up and I was trapped between two bars and I held up all the traffic. Some of these logistics need to be given more attention for someone who does not know about all the local rules.
