We picked up in Pescara and dropped off in Rome. There was no one to meet us in the parking lot in Rome (we were told this was unusual) and getting from there to the check out counter would have been very challenging if we had not run into a woman who had just been there. There was no signage in the garage or along the way to the check out to direct us so if we had not run into this woman (who had spent a long time trying to figure out where to go) it could have been stressful.

My wife_ in whose name the car was rented_ is still waiting to receive an email cancelling the €800 damage deposit.that the agent who inspected the vehicle and approved the return in the car park said she would receive.
