I arrived at the office to return the car at just after 11:00 a.m. and it was closed. I had to call to get someone to come to the office.

The rent was very easy and the staff very friendly. My only concern is regarding the handling of the deposit. I‘ve been told its a pre-autorisation but the amount was directly posted to my account. In the end I‘ll get less money since the charge rate has changed over the time. It was definitely no pre-authorization.

It is a new location so Google didn_t easily recognise it_ however a quick phone call was all it took to confirm they were next to a major hotel. Other than that everything was excellent with the whole experience. The car itself was perfect for my needs.

No spare tyre. I_m grateful I didn_t need one. All cars should have a spare tyre.
