Overall a very good experience. The downside was the long (40 minute) wait in a queue to collect the car after travelling all night and therefore exhausted_ because there was only one person on the desk. He was friendly and efficient and moving as quickly as he could but these things always take time_ especially when people have questions. I would like to see more people there to help at busy times - you obviously know roughly when that will happen based on your bookings. Also I_m not clear if my security deposit has been returned as I_ve had no e-mail or other contact since returning home other than the request for feedback - I would like confirmation partly as the currency is different_ but also because it would be a courtesy (we left the keys in a drop box due to early flight).

GPS in VW Golf was not that good. Would not find locations by street or post code if far away_ but as you got closer to the destination_ it would find the address and/or post code!

We are husband and wife in our late 60s. When we arrived at pickup location one of the staff saw us with 2 large pieces of luggage he immediately came out of the ofc to help carry our bags in. Sam Jowett did out documentation_ showed us to the car_ made sure all was alright before he let us go. He also offered to have someone drop us off at the railway station when we returned car a week later. When we did return the car_ the lady ofc manager (didnt get her name) drove us to the station in her personal car as the rental car was needed by another customer. This is our best customer experience with any car rental company in our entire life!!

Our drop of was at Stansted. There was no one there so can not comment on service. Exceptionally good service by the gentleman at Exeter airport

It said on reservation go to terminal at Exeter Airport. We saw where the cars were and rightly went there instead _ as we were not arriving by air.

It was quite a long walk from the rental office to the car_s location. Would not like to do it in the rain! The car provided_ a Vauxhall Crossland_ was excellent.
