We had to pay a bond_ though it was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. The bond was returned so everything ok.

Pls make it easier to see on the rental agreement whether to bring back vehicle with a full tank of gas or not. Suggest you use simple language ex: Bring back full OR Bring back empty. In the rush at times on return date you forget specially for Seniors. Thanks

Car was not full when I got it and I retruned at at 7/8 where it was.

First car had issues with the Information Screen_ dash and AC. The first call to the support desk wase absolutely useless and downright pathetic. The second call was more meaningful and professional_ we still had to go back to the airport to pickup the car_ but they were very understanding and helpful.

A couple of concerns with the Jeep 1. The backing camera is crystal clear but no guideline to follow when backing or how close to another vehicle 2. Auto light did not come on quick enough when going through the tunnel - pretty scary 3. Couldn’t find switch to bring in the side mirrors in

Filled the car with gas on its return as i was instructed by staff on pickup of car_ only to find out i had already paid for gas… a bit misleading on there behalf with no refund available
