Another successful rental via Discover Car Rental in Bangkok. Very efficient_ helpful staff_ low mileage vehicle on great condition and great drop off system. All so easy! Already have more booking planned for this year. Can’t fault Discover Car Rental. They are great!

Es gibt immer wieder Diskussionen wegen der Versicherung_ hier ein volles Paket bestellt und am Schalter wird immer wieder die Selbstbeteiligung hochgesetzt. Das ist wirklich ein Grund um nicht wieder ein Auto zu mieten.

The car rental was great and enjoyed the car_ I just did not like the customer service as the lady at reception was rude to me and made me sign a waiver about my deposit because it was on a debit card and now I have to wait 5 months to get my money back. I had no option to use this card as it was a emergency card as my original cad was compromised.

I came early by 2 hours_ when i requested the rentla agency for early pick up she refused as the pickup time is mentioned as 10 am_ i have to wait for 2 hours idle. Later I requested_ whenever it is ready_ please tell me. she got my phone number _ but never called. when i go back at 9.50 am. they said okay your car is ready and go take it. i took the car exactly 10 am. No flexibility and poor communication. very rude behaviour of the staff.
