Overall a good set up and fairly straightforward. Happy with the service and product. However_ your system and the information at pick up was very confusing. Amount due was different along with the fact that when I asked about the extra insurance I had I was told it was from a different company and I would have to contact them. You really do need to be able to simply explain this to customers.

Drive provided a QR-code with the route to the drop off location. However: it directed us to an unknown location so we just followed directions to the airport

Wait to collect car was too long. Had to wait almost 30 minutes once we checjed in. No update on how long tye process would take. Needs a qr code for return gasoline service near airport. The service was very good and nice staff.

My only issue has been that I have been charged for the rental twice and now have to chase a refund. They seem to have debited my card on the day of pickup and again on the day i returned the car to the office so I am owed 1391 baht
